Site of the annual Dakota Walleye Fishing Tournament and Fishing for a Cure.

Located on the beautiful south shore of Lake Sakakawea, offers a place to spend a week-end, week, or day to enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing, picnicking or just a place to relax and enjoy the pristine beauty of nature.

Open date is May 10, 2024 and closing date is September 15, 2024.

 Early Checkin/Check-outCampers can check-in as early as noon with a $5.00 fee if the campsite is unoccupied and ready. Campers can also have a late check-out. No later than 3:00 pm for a $5.00 fee if the campsite is not reserved.

Any earlier or later than these times, campers will be charged another night.

  • NEW-Southwest Water Fill Station. Located next to site 100.
  • AED on site.
  • All campsites include one picnic table and one fire pit.
  • Horseshoe courts, outdoor game equipment, basketball court, Frisbee golf, and volleyball court. 
  • Concessions, ice sales, worms, Beulah Bay clothing.
  • NEW this year 30 day stay. Must occupy your site for the 30 days. Rates for extended stays are: Full Hookup/Premium $660.00, Electrical Only $600.00 Primitive Sites $300.00. When booking you will be charged full price but will be reimburses with 24 hours of booking your site.  
  • Storage areas for boats or campers available for daily, weekly, monthly rental.  Contact Beulah Bay office for details.
  • Yard Games, Kayaks and Paddle Boat are available for rent.
  • 3 rustic cabins with microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs.
    • Sleeping comfort for 4-6 people (1 full size bunk and 3 twin bunks).
    • Running water is available outside of cabins. Close proximity to shower/bathroom facility.
    • Heat and air conditioning are included.
    • Cabin rental is $50/night.
    • Cabins offer 30 amp hookup for a camper. Additional fees apply.
    • NO PETS ALLOWED IN CABINS.
    • However, if you have a service dog you MUST supply proper paperwork for having dog in cabins: there will be a $50 clean-up fee which is non-refundable.
  • 12 premium electrical sites. Double sized sites with plenty of room to park boat. The sites, numbered 16-27 are surrounded by trees. Cost $27/night.
  • Full Hook up sites with water, electric and sewer. Sites are numbered 77-100. Cost $30/night. All remaining electric-only sites, fee is $25/night.
  • 11 electric sites added on north side of Beulah Bay Campground Cost $27/night
  • Sites 6, 7, 8, 9 for smaller campers. Cost $25/night
  • Primitive camping fee $12/per text/night any extra tent is $10.00.
  • Group sites
    • Located on the north side of the campground: GA 1-4, GB 1-4, GC 1-4
    • $100/night up to four sites are available must be paid in full by the person renting the campsite.
  • All camping reservations are paid in full at the time of the booking.
  • If your arrival is later than 8pm you must make prior check-in arrangements by calling 701-870-0602.
  • Check-in time is 3pm and check-out at 12pm.
  • All campers must back into all sites unless approved by the Beulah Bay Office.
  • Dumpsters are located throughout the campground. RV dump station is located on the north/west side of the office. Gray water must be dumped in designated dump station.
  • There are no fireworks allowed on Corp or Beulah Bay property and shooting of any fireworks is not allowed.
  • No four-wheelers allowed on Beulah Bay campground property.
  • No firearms allowed on Corp or Beulah Bay campground property.
  • Razors, side-by-sides, and golf carts are not allowed to off-road. Must stay on established roads. Must provide license and proof of insurance at check-in.
  • No wash lines made from tree to tree is allowed.
  • Campfires must be sized to the rings provided and burned in fire rings only. No unattended fires. Fires must fully be extinguished each night and before departure. No burning wood pellets, tires and garbage. Do not move fire rings, if moved you will be fined $50.
  • If a camper camps at Beulah Bay for 21 straight days, they must leave Beulah Bay and can’t return or reserve another campsite for at least 21 days.
  • Must comply with ALL Beulah Bay rules, if you don’t comply you may not be able to return to Beulah Bay camping.
  • Any person who is the owner, or handler of any pet must keep them on a leash, and under physical control at all times while at the Beulah Bay campground.
  • No tying pets to trees or electrical posts.
  • No person may keep a noisy, vicious, or dangerous pet, or one that disturb others.
  • Guests will not leave pets unattended in camper or at campsite.
  • Pet owners are responsible for any harm done to property, sites, or injury to others.
  • Please keep your site and the campground clean of droppings for your sake and the sake of others.
  • There are doggie stations located throughout the campground.

*Cancellations more than one week in advance will be charged 7% of your total reservation.

*Within the week of your scheduled reservation you will be charged 50% off of your total. 

*Within 24 hours from check-in no refund will be given.

Electrical Campsite - better for small campers and great view of the water. These sites include firepits and picnic tables.

Paved boat ramp and dock.

Beulah Bay Caretaker Office

The caretaker's office supplies concessions, ice sales and game rentals. Open for reservations and general questions.

Eagles Pavilion

This pavilion host weddings, parties, and family functions. This pavilion is located next to the care takers residence and horse shoe pits.

Coin operated showers located close to the cabins and ramp.

The Cabins

Primitive cabins sleep 5 to 7 and offer great views. Cabin 3 is handicap accessible, while cabins 1-2 have a loft. All cabins include a fridge, air conditioning, firepits, and a picnic table. No pets allowed.

Playground Area

Visitors to the campground can enjoy volleyball, basketball, playgrounds, and covered picnic areas.

9 Hole Frisbee Golf

The course was established in 2010 in a cooperative effort by the Beulah Park District, Friends of Beulah Bay, and INNOVA Disk Golf Association. The course winds through trees and guarantees lots of fun for the whole family.

This campsite area provides campers with a semi-private camping experience including mature trees, quick access to the boat ramp, and a cleaning station. Each campsite in this area include an electrical plug-in, a firepit, and picnic table.
